VP of Clinical Operations
Allison is responsible for operational support of all SMP facilities and is the ASC-specific software expert for systems used in SMP ASCs. Before her role as Operations Manager, Allison assisted SMP with the development of ASCs while serving as the Executive Director of a surgery center. Prior to SMP, she worked in ASC Operations and Compliance and served as the Executive Director of a multi-specialty surgery center for over 10 years with prior progressive leadership in the ASC industry. Allison has been a speaker at Becker’s Business and Operations of ASCs Conference and a contributor to several articles for Becker’s ASC Review. Allison is an RN with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley La
w School and maintains her CASC (Certified Administrator Surgery Center) and CAIP (Certified Ambulatory Infection Preventionist) credentials.
