Amy has over 25 years of experience in human resources and administrative services in healthcare. She is deeply passionate about the physician ownership model in healthcare and firmly believes in its potential to enhance patient care. With 25 years of experience in physician-led healthcare, she takes great pride in assembling dedicated teams that empower physicians, drive optimal patient outcomes, and promote innovative operational practices in all aspects of our work. Amy is very knowledgeable in benefits administration, COBRA, FMLA, employee coaching, and performance management. Ms. Hanisch has her Associate of Applied Science in Office Systems & Medical Secretary from Southeast Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls. Amy is a member of ASCA (Ambulatory Surgery Center Association) and serves on its Strategic Planning Committee. She is also a member of the Sioux Empire Society of Human Resource Management (SESHRM), ASHHRA (American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration), and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
