Amy Hanisch has more than 15 years of human resources and administrative services experience in the health care field. Previously, she spent nearly 15 years at Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital, where she has served as the executive and HR assistant. Amy is very knowledgeable in benefits administration, COBRA, FMLA, employee coaching and performance management. She has a Bachelor of Arts in business management and Associates Degree of applied science in office systems & medical secretary from Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls, S.D., and is working to finish her Bachelor’s at University of Sioux Falls. She is a member of the Sioux Empire Society of Human Resource Management (SESHRM) and SHRM. She has been the recipient of the American Management Association Administrative Excellence Certificate and is studying to obtain her SHRM-SCP.
